Scope

It targets the most beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and aims to create a harmonious environment for living. Our SCOPE. Its shape and material parameters, including its placement on the plot, were already defined in detail in the municipality’s master plan. Nevertheless, the design was able to incorporate the individual requirements of the owners. The building is divided into two masses. The first mass consists of a garage with technical facilities and a terrace and the second consists of a two-storey family house. The entrance to the building is provided from the side of the covered parking space. On the first floor there is a main lounge area with direct access to the terrace, social and technical facilities and a master bedroom with dressing room. On the second floor there is a quiet zone with 2 children’s rooms, a study and sanitary facilities. The whole house is light, airy and also smells of wood, which makes the inhabitants feel part of the outside world, even in the moments spent inside.
