When you build a charcoal-black house in a coal-infested region, all you have to do is to mine – ADIT into the created volume and exhibit all the found gems. The building stands in the middle of a field surrounded by family houses. The atypical orientation of the building on the plot is due to the ongoing power lines. The shape of the house is given by the minimum possible volume above the created layout. The separation of the garage from the building itself allows for the phasing of the construction and gives rise to a covered parking space.
